Sale and Return FAQs
All of our returned mattresses go through a rejuvenation process and are resold as rejuvenated.
We ask that you keep the mattress in as good condition as possible, using a mattress protector and taking reasonable precautions.
We may not accept a mattress that returns to us heavily soiled.
All of of our returned mattresses are processed by The Furniture Recycling Group (TFR) who will either thoroughly rejuvenate the mattress for sale as refurbished, or responsibly recycle them.
Don’t worry, we can fit a delivery around you.
Customers regularly ask us to hold a mattress for a few months until their house/bedroom/vacation can accommodate it.
We just ask you give us a week to 10 days notice before you need a delivery.
Your mattress will be ok to sleep on after 4-5 hours but it will continue to adapt over the coming weeks.

Yes, absolutely! In fact, our sheets become even softer once they have been washed, so we encourage you wash them before first use.
We use a third-party fulfilment centre that uses reputable couriers such as DPD and Royal Mail.
Typically, your order will be sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked.
