Which mattress is best for me?
The Original
A colossal 40cm tower of comfort. The best of natural and modern materials, spring technology and exquisite comfort engineering. For those who love deep, plush comfort and a cloud-like sleep experience.
Airsilk
30cm of high-performance sleep engineering for warm sleepers who need breathability and balanced support year-round. Slightly firmer than Original, with a cooler temperature profile.
What sheets will fit my mattress?
Because an Owl + Lark mattress has more supporting and comfort layers it’s substantially deeper than a normal mattress – around 39 cm (15 inches).
For this reason we recommend either:
- Extra deep fitted sheets: these have the same size and width to cover the surface of the mattress but they have extra material to fully cover the sides of the mattress too.
- Flat sheets one bed-size up
Our Deep Fitted Sheet has been designed specifcally to work with our mattresses.
How does the trial work?
Once your mattress arrives you have 101-nights to decide if its right for you.
If you decide it is not working for you, simply email us at contact@owllark.com and we will arrange a free collection.
Once the mattress is back with us we will process a full refund as long as the mattress isn’t stained or damaged.

How long is the warranty?
We provide a ten-year Warranty with our mattresses.
What it covers:
- Manufacturing defects and physical imperfections
- Damage resulting from faulty workmanship
- Deterioration of the condition of the mattress not attributed to normal wear and tear
- Excessive sagging
What it does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear normal softening as the mattress settles
- Damage due to improper use or mishandling of the product
- Damage resulting from abuse of the mattress such as burns or stains
- Damage resulting from an “act of god”
- Damage to mattress handles, especially where these are used to bear weight. The handles are cosmetic and not intended to bear the full weight of the mattress.

How long does delivery take?
Mattresses take approximately 7-10 working days.
- A more accurate ETA can be found at checkout.
- Our courier partner will contact you after your order is placed to arrange a delivery date that’s right for you.
Bedding & accessory products take approximately 1-3 working days - Orders before 4pm are dispatched same day
Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes, our courier partner will contact you with a potential delivery date and you can liaise directly with them.
If you need to delay your delivery for weeks or even months, that’s no problem. Just let us know.
Do you set up the mattress?
Yes, our thoughtful two-man delivery team will bring your new mattress inside, unpack it and takeaway any packaging.
They can also take away your old mattress for recycling for an additional charge (£50).
