1. Eligibility: Participation in the Owl + Lark Ltd Refer-a-Friend Campaign (“Campaign”) is open to current customers only (“Referrers”). Referrers must have completed at least one purchase with Owl + Lark Ltd prior to participating in the Campaign. 2. Referral Reward: Referrers are eligible to receive a one-time reward for each new customer they refer who completes their first purchase with Owl + Lark Ltd (“Referred Customer”). The reward will be credited following the conclusion of any applicable trial periods associated with the Referred Customer’s first purchase. 3. Limitations on Referrals: Rewards are only applicable to the Referred Customer’s first purchase on Owl + Lark Ltd. The Referred Customer must be a new customer who has not previously registered an account or completed a purchase with Owl + Lark Ltd. The Referred Customer must use the referral link or code provided by the Referrer at the time of their first purchase. 4. Refusal of Payout: Owl + Lark Ltd reserves the right to refuse payout of referral rewards under certain conditions, including but not limited to: Suspicion or confirmation of fraudulent activity. The use of the referral program in a manner that violates the spirit of the Campaign, such as sharing the referral code publicly or with individuals who are existing or soon to be existing customers. Any activity that is deemed abusive, unethical, or otherwise inappropriate. 5. Duration and Termination: Owl + Lark Ltd may modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer-a-Friend Campaign at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Changes to the Terms & Conditions will be communicated to participants via the email associated with their account or through an update on the website. 6. No Spam or Unsolicited Emails: Referrers must agree to only send referral links to personal contacts who consent to receiving these links. Unsolicited emails sent to individuals without their consent are considered spam and may result in the termination of the Referrer’s participation in the Campaign. 7. Privacy: Information collected from Referrers and Referred Customers will be used in accordance with Owl + Lark Ltd’s Privacy Policy, including but not limited to the administration of the Campaign and the delivery of rewards. 8. Miscellaneous: This Campaign is void where prohibited by law. The decision of Owl + Lark Ltd regarding any dispute concerning the Campaign will be final and binding. By participating in the Refer-a-Friend Campaign, Referrers agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
